You should look over a map and during the season, try a few different routes. I have lived in Keene, Manchester and Portsmouth NH and found the following:

Route 101 West from Manchester toward Keene NH has a lot of Police. Milford, Wilton, Peterborough and especially Dublin NH are into revenue enhancement. Route 101 is a major road with very few passing zones. Route 9 West from Concord NH is much better (police-wise). Route 89 is a Wide Open 4 lane road!

BEWARE, Gilsum NH and Marlow NH (on rt. 10) are on the look-out Sunday mornings on race weekends. They got smart and bought race schedules!

There are about 10 ways to get there from Southern MA. Keep in mind that the shortest routes are all by way of some real back-ass roads. If you are hauling a trailer if you are a chronic speeder, stick with the Rt 93 to 89 to 103 west to Brook Rd. to 10 South Route.
You can go as follows:

from Southern MA:

Route 93 North to route 89 North to Exit 9. Follow Route 103 west to Brook Road (left turn after Sunapee state park). Follow Brook Road to Route 10 south and take the first entrance to Jolly.

Alternately you can take Route 89 to Route 9 West. Past Hillsboro you can take the Route 31 North toward Washington then take Lempster Rd. to Junct. with Rt 10 and go Left (South), first Jolly entrance. (Bumpy and hilly but shorter)

Or you can continue on Route 9 west to Route 123 north….a very slightly better road than Rt.31. This will go through Stoddard to Marlow and junction with Route 10. Head North (RIGHT TURN) and take the second Jolly entrance.

Mid-MA: You can also look to Keene NH as your destination and head there by shortest Route.
Route 2 West to 140N to Route 12N into town. Through down-town bear right at town center onto Washington Street then North to connect with Route 9 North (Bear Right) then take Left on Route 10 North to Jolly 2nd Entrance.

Jolly is on Route 10…Halfway between Sunapee Lake and Keene NH. The Police don’t have any tolerance for speeds in excess of 10 mph over the limit on Route101, or Route 10. Follow the limit in Keene….the cops have nothing better to do…it’s 2 hours away to any real action for those guys!

From Springfield MA: 91 north to Exit 3 in Brattleboro VT. to Route 9 East to Keene first exit, Route 9 and 12 North (left turn at stop light before town) Take the second exit to 9 East and follow to Route 10 North and on to Jolly. I don't think you can make it any quicker going further North than Brattleboro on Route 91 unless you are on a GSX-R. The road from Bratt to Keene is pretty wide and fast but it is hilly. It's about 20 miles to Keene from Bratt and another 20 or so on to Jolly.
